Parking Permit Purchasing Center

A Covina Metrolink Monthly Parking Permit is required to park in the Metrolink East Parking Lot, located adjacent to the station, or the Metrolink West Parking Structure. A monthly permit will guarantee a parking spot Monday through Friday, 4 a.m. to Midnight. The cost for a monthly permit varies by Resident or Non-Resident:

  • Metrolink East Non Resident Permit $45 p/mo
  • Metrolink East Resident Permit $20 p/mo
  • Metrolink West Non Resident Permit $20 p/mo
  • Metrolink West Resident Permit $10 p/mo
Daily ($2) and Overnight ($3) parking permits are also available for the Metrolink West Structure (no daily or overnight permits are sold for the Metrolink East Parking Lot). Daily/Overnight parking permit kiosks are located on each floor of the structure.

Monthly and daily Municipal Lots and Shopper's Lane Parking Permits are also available online for $2 (daily) and $20 (monthly). Please ensure you select the correct parking lot when purchasing a parking permit.

Auto-Renewal of Monthly Parking Permits or Daily Parking Permits

Patrons can register their credit card information securely. You can either print out a daily permit or request mailing of a monthly permit hang-tag. Remember, your daily or monthly pass reserves a parking space. Unless canceled, your account will be charged and your monthly parking permit will automatically renew.

Single Day Permits (Online)

Civic Center Parking Structure and Shopper's Lane daily parking permits ($2/day) are also available online in addition to the Metrolink.

Patrons can purchase a printable daily permit at www.virtualpermit.com. You will be prompted for your vehicle plate number and billing information. Please ensure the daily permit is displayed on your vehicle's dashboard when in use.

Overnight Parking

Metrolink West: An Overnight Parking Permit is required to park any day of the week from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m.  Overnight Parking Permits are sold at parking permit kiosks located on each floor of the Metrolink West Structure.

Municipal Lots: You may park overnight with your monthly permit. Your vehicle must be moved within 3 days and obey location specific time limitations.

Long-term Parking

Long-term parking for Travelers using the Covina Metrolink Station is now available at the Metrolink West Parking Structure, 559 North Citrus Avenue. If you are traveling to Union Station or LAX via Metrolink, a single day, 24-hour parking permit can be purchased online for up to 7 days at only $5 per day. The new single day, 24-hour parking permit is valid for parking on the 3rd floor of the Metrolink West Parking Structure only.
